This solution is most effective for companies who want to invest more in training but aren’t sure how many employees they’ll train each year. Courses are purchased individually or at a quantity discount based on the number of seats. Plus, there’s no expiration date, and courses can be assigned as needed. This allows companies to strategically select courses that support their workforce.

This model provides convenience and an effortless one-stop shop to train employees. It creates immense value for companies with pre-packaged bundles that have been created to onboard new employees as well as train on core competencies for service technicians and installers. Future PEI certifications will be developed and tied to Education Center bundles. Similar to the Quantity discount, there is no expiration date on any bundles purchased.

This is PEI’s most cost-effective model for training a large number of employees on an annual basis. Buy a subscription for your company based on the number of employees you want to train each year. It provides full access to all Education Center offerings, including new materials added during the subscription period plus any updates. The Enterprise solution allows for integration between the PEI Education Center and a company’s internal system for up-to-date information on team members’ progress, understanding and completion.
