Where do I pick up my PEI name badge?
PEI attendees will pick up their badge from the registration desk. Follow the directional signage to the PEI registration desk.
I have a NACS badge. Can I attend the PEI education sessions?
A NACS badge will allow you access to all PEI sessions, with the exception of the Breakfast Keynote which requires a ticket. Tickets to the breakfast may be purchased during registration.
How do I obtain a list of attendees?
A list of all PEI registrants will be available on the PEI event mobile app approximately one month prior to the show. Exhibitors should refer to their Exhibitor Portal (login required) for full attendee list details available for purchase from NACS.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than September 30 to PEI (registrations@pei.org). Please include registration confirmation number if possible. A $25 administrative fee per person will apply. After September 30, the full amount of the registration fee will be forfeited. Please note that individual cancellations that are part of a group discount may impact the rate of others registered within the group. A registration can be transferred to another person in your company at no cost. Contact us at registrations@pei.org or call 918-494-9696.
Can children be in the exhibit hall?
Yes, however, children 16 and over must be registered to attend the Show and pay the attendee rate to participate. Children 16 and over are eligible to attend education sessions, general sessions that do not require a ticket and the expo, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Children 15 and under do not need to pay to attend; however they must still register for a badge onsite and a waiver must be completed by a parent or legal guardian that is approved by show management. Please visit registration customer service area for assistance. Note: Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Carts, wagons, strollers, and similar items will not be permitted in the exhibit hall at any time during show hours.
No one under the age of 18 will be permitted in the exhibit hall at any time during the NACS Show move-in and move-out. Proof of age may be required.
Does PEI provide visa invitation letters for international attendees?
PEI can provide international attendees a Visa Invitation Letter to attend the Convention if you will need one. Use the form on this link to create a personalized invitation letter. When you submit the form, an email will be generated with your invitation letter. You are encouraged to apply for your visa early as processing times can be lengthy.
Are cart/wagons/strollers allowed on the show floor?
Carts, wagons, strollers, and similar items will not be permitted in the exhibit hall at any time during show hours. NACS and PEI reserve the right to decide what items may or may not pose a risk to safety or the experience for show attendees and prohibit any and all items it feels may pose such a risk or impair the experience of the show. Wheelchairs, scooters, and other equipment facilitating access and mobility for individuals with disabilities are permitted at all times.
Do you offer a spouse/guest registration option?
We no longer offer a spouse registration rate. In order to attend the social functions or gain admission into the exhibit hall, all participants must either purchase a one-day registration or a full attendee registration and wear a PEI badge.
How do I obtain a press registration?
Members of the working editorial press who regularly cover the global convenience and fuel retailing industry to cover the NACS Show and report upon its activities are eligible to request a complimentary registration through NACS. Review the NACS Media Registration Policy.
When and where is the 2027 PEI Convention at the NACS Show?
The 2027 PEI Convention at the NACS Show will be held October 5-8, 2027, at the Georgia World Congress Convention Center, Atlanta, GA, USA.
